Recruiting

The recruitment will proceed through four steps:

  1. A telephone conversation where the client explicates the desired qualities of applicants, the nature of the project, and their envisaged remuneration for the applicants.
  2. A written job description supplied by the client which can be shared with potential applicants.
  3. Boston Denmark Partnerships' sourcing
  4. Screening and selection
    • Boston Denmark Partnerships supplies the client with CVs of candidates they judge to be appropriate
    • The client conduct a telephone interview
    • Live interviews are conducted, either in Copenhagen or in Boston. If in Boston, Boston Denmark Partnerships will organize an appropriate location

 

Usually, we charge a small retainer and a success fee, being a percentage of the first year salary.
