The recruitment will proceed through four steps:
- A telephone conversation where the client explicates the desired qualities of applicants, the nature of the project, and their envisaged remuneration for the applicants.
- A written job description supplied by the client which can be shared with potential applicants.
- Boston Denmark Partnerships' sourcing
- Screening and selection
- Boston Denmark Partnerships supplies the client with CVs of candidates they judge to be appropriate
- The client conduct a telephone interview
- Live interviews are conducted, either in Copenhagen or in Boston. If in Boston, Boston Denmark Partnerships will organize an appropriate location
Usually, we charge a small retainer and a success fee, being a percentage of the first year salary.
